If you're going all out on updating further, I suggest using 192: Face 11 + Thinner eyebrows + DDH. Also make her boobs and figure thinner overall. Half-elves should be slim and elegant.

Don't forget to give her eyelashes and eyebrows too. Eyelid 2, Upper Eyelid 3, and Lower Eyelid 6 looks accurate to the official art. Hoping others can pitch in with body slider advice because I have trouble with that myself.
